Limp Wrists

Why did it take me over a year to learn not to grip the reins with clenched fists? It seems so simple - and it is so important. I'm so sorry Reiny for pulling so hard so many times.... Thank you for being so patient with me.... And thank you Lisa, for helping me understand the art of "touch".
